So many people, especially as they get older, think it is normal to have aches and pains but the reality is we can all enjoy continual improvement.

What happens in a lesson?

A typical lesson lasts 30 to 40 minutes with gentle hands-on guidance in movement.

Lessons are interesting, enjoyable and relaxing. Depending upon what you want to resolve, you will discover a course of regular lessons will give you the greatest benefit. I teach the Alexander Technique one-to-one, at evening classes and one-day workshops. I look forward to hearing from you.
